A new ‘Soccer Playing Field’ complete with an amenities building, has opened about 5-kilometres down Siam Country Club Road and it is provingvery popular. The English owner Martin lives nearby, and built the small day / night field to stop his children ruining the lawn around his house. However, with the addition of 1st and 2nd floor bar facilities, it has now become the training and tournament centre for local soccer teams. With excellent spectator facilities, the artificial “Astro Turf” is a much superior playing surface and very easy to maintain. There is either training or matches, with the main tournaments and league roster games being played on Saturdays and Sundays.
